We collect only what we need to run your tour — name, email, phone, pickup details, guest count, and the ID and waiver you submit before boarding. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. We don't sell your information. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Accessibility Statement

We want every guest to enjoy the tour. Tell us about mobility, dietary, or other accessibility needs when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate them. If any part of this website is hard to use, contact us and we'll help directly. Read the full Accessibility Statement.

Terms & Conditions

All guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, and every guest signs a liability waiver before the tour. The tour is $189 per guest plus Hawai‘i GET. We may refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or unsafe to other guests, and we may adjust stops or timing for weather and venue availability. Read the full Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your tour, 50% refund 3–7 days before, and no refund within 72 hours. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Read the full Refund Policy.
